It is important to know that the present document is an orientative budget for the construction of a bioclimatic, ecological and passive single-family house of high performance customized according to the data introduced by the user and that in no case Ekoiba commits itself to the realization of the same without the previous approval of the final budget agreed and previously signed by both parts.

The final amount is subject to variations depending on the model chosen, the built surface, the location of the project and the quality of the materials.

Furthermore, the following items are not included:

· The price of the plot, which must be provided by the client.

· Building Licence taxes which will be paid directly to the corresponding local council and which are usually around 4% of the value of the construction.

· VAT, which normally corresponds to 10% of the total amount.
