Bold and measured design.

The whole house is oriented towards the main façade, favouring natural light through zig zag doors that merge the interior and exterior space of the house, eliminating sensorial barriers and allowing the relish of nature without limits.

Bio-passive construction

Built entirely with pine wood, ecological materials and bioclimatic architecture principles, taking advantage of nature’s resources and its environment.

Structure and facilities

Primary structure made of C24 pine cross-laminated timber boards, with ecological wood fibre insulation and the possibility of being placed on the ground by means of recoverable screwed steel piles.

The climatization consists of aerothermal equipment with underfloor heating and cooling, supported by the energy generated by photovoltaic solar panels.

Indoor air quality is guaranteed by a ventilation system with double flow recuperator.

Rainwater recovery system built with a deposit for its reuse.

Biocompatible electrical facilities with low exposure to electromagnetic fields.

Finishes

The exterior cladding is made of heat-treated pine wood of different sections. The interior cladding consists of three-layer pinewood and CLT wood decking, satin finish, with natural protection of ecological and non-emissive water-based lasur for its inhabitants.

Wooden frames with triple glazing, solar control + low emissivity and argon gas chamber.

Manufacture and assembly

The estimated manufacturing and assembly time is approximately 6 months, including the preparation of the technical documentation, industrialisation in the factory, assembly and finishings.
