About La Bonaigua
La Bonaigua is a modern wooden house located in the urban area, which inspires and motivates to live in a unique and special way in the city.
Its interior shades in orange and green are a sign of the passion and energy that flows in every corner, a decoration that brings a sense of joy and comfort.
The large window that opens to the outside is a connection to the world, opening up to the natural light and fresh air. This element offers a sense of freedom and spaciousness, allowing the dwellers to take in the city from the comfort of their own home.
It's a home to fall in love with and never wish to leave!
Passivhaus construction
Built entirely with pine wood and ecological cladding, as well as including concepts of bioclimatic architecture, takes advantage of nature's resources and its environment.
Structure and facilities
Primary structure formed by light C24 pine timber framing and secondary structure formed by glued laminated timber beams and frames. Ecological insulation of 140mm thick wood fiber.
The air-conditioning consists of aerothermal equipment with underfloor heating and cooling, supplemented by photovoltaic solar panels.
Indoor air quality is guaranteed by a double flow recuperator ventilation system.
Rainwater recovery system and tank for its reuse.
Biocompatible electrical system with low exposure to electromagnetic fields.
Finishes
For the external cladding, it is used a SATE system with a lime mortar finish. The interior cladding is made of natural clay boards, finished with non-emissive lime paints for its inhabitants.
Wooden frames with triple glazing, solar control + low emissivity and an argon gas chamber.
